Philosophy

I believe process precedes technology. A tool should never dictate how a business operates — the operational truth should shape the system. I work to translate complex, manual workflows into clean, automated architectures that reduce friction without creating new complexity.

The most impactful implementations I've led weren't the most technically complex — they were the ones where I understood the business deeply enough to know what not to build.
